All maps produced by us are protected by copyright. You may use the maps for personal or commercial purposes as specified at the time of the order, but they may not be resold or reproduced without our written consent.

4. Orders and Payment
Orders are binding once we have confirmed them in writing.
Payment must be made according to the terms specified on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not made on time or if the information provided is incomplete.

5. Delivery
Delivery times for maps vary depending on the scope of the project. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of the order.
We strive to deliver within the specified time frame but are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
As the service involves the creation of custom products, the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act does not apply.
Complaints regarding inaccuracies in the delivered map must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is approved, we will rectify the error at no additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of maps, including but not limited to:

  • Use of maps in connection with territorial claims or disputes.

  • Improper or unauthorized use of maps for cadastral services (property and land registration).

  • Use of maps for legal or official purposes without our explicit guarantee of their accuracy for such purposes.

  • Any misunderstandings or conflicts arising from the interpretation of map material.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the maps are used appropriately and legally.

8. Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order and to communicate regarding the service.
We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish general court.
